Angela Pellegrino Missaglia is a Chemical Engineer and MSc in Food Engeneering. As an independent consultant and has been involved in different projects in the area of feed and food safety. She has 35 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance and different certification schemes. She has been involved in risk analysis, risk assessments, feed and food fraud and defence projects with different governments and organizations.
She is a trainer on quality standards for industry, labs and regulators. She has worked as a technical expert for FAO (Food and Agricultural Organization) and IFIF (International Feed Industry Federation).
In FAMI QS she participates in the technical expert group and is involved in different projects as a technical advisor.
